2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of your user account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account (if applicable).
  2. Navigate to your account settings.
  3. Look for the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion.

Contact Support for Deletion

Send an email to our Data Protection Officer with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address and username.

3. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

When you request deletion of your data, we will delete your personal information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our backups or archives for a limited period for legal and disaster recovery purposes.

4. Third-Party Data

If we have disclosed your personal data to third parties (such as payment processors or service providers), we will take reasonable steps to inform them of your deletion request.
